Parking was good. ヾ⁠(⁠˙⁠❥⁠˙⁠)⁠ﾉ Check in and check out was great.  Coffee was delicious.  Snacks were available. Breakfast was fine Lemon water was a nice surprise.  Location was great ♪⁠┌⁠|⁠∵⁠|⁠┘⁠♪ Microwave and fridge✌️
Negative: My apologies for this part being a rambling mess... it's been a long day. Accessibility.... having mobility issues impacts every single thing I do everyday. My life, my family, my love, my laughter, & my friendships have all paid a hefty tax. I'm not looking for a pity party. Just trying to spread awareness. (⁠*⁠_⁠*⁠) This trip taught me that there's a big difference between being approved to accommodate people who are disabled and actually accommodating them. 🫶 🌿🌺🌿🐦🌿🌺🌿 We entered the hotel and met a nice young man named Vincent. ƪ⁠(⁠˘⁠⌣⁠˘⁠)⁠ʃ He was great, very pleasant and he did a good job checking us in quickly. I really was looking forward to getting settled. My husband brought up our bags and I planned to shower as he left for the store. Unfortunately, it didn't quite work out. I prepared to shower and got nervous when I saw how high the sides were on our tub. I booked an "accessible queen room with tub" so I knew there would be a tub instead of my preferred shower stall. Then, I turned the water on and realized that my shower was aimed entirely at the wall and was completely out of my reach. I had previously confirmed with the staff that I had torn my meniscus when I confirmed a shower chair would be available. The grab bars in the tub were very much appreciated. ✌️Side note: Bench Height If you use the bench in the shower - be prepared. All the previous shower chairs I've used are a standard height...so when you expect to stop and then don't it literally felt like someone had pulled the chair out from under me and I experienced a moment of sheer panic. 😲 This bench has to be at least 4-6 inches lower than normal. So, hopefully you read this and can prepare yourself in advance. Once my husband returned from the store, he was able to help me adjust the water stream.
Summary: This hotel and the accessible room we stayed in would have been great if I wasn't handicapped.

Positive: The staff were very friendly. They were accommodating. The facility was very clean. There was an issue with my reservation, I take responsibility, we booked one night and decided last minute we wanted to stay another night. Gloria at Garner was amazing and so helpful, communication was great.
Negative: There wasn't a pool.
Summary: I would recommend to my friends and family. We will stay there again
